## About

AI LevelUp is an operator-led process redesign and practical AI systems business based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It serves businesses in Colombo, London and Chennai.

The business maps real workflows, identifies where time and money are lost, and builds practical AI systems the client team can own and operate independently. The delivery model combines diagnosis, workflow redesign, controls, training and complete handover.

Founder: Shoaib Bhaila — background in NHS clinical-system transformation, DB Schenker logistics automation, Tip Top Holdings manufacturing modernisation and hands-on AI system delivery.

## Micro SAP positioning

AI LevelUp uses the term Micro SAP for focused operational systems that act like the specific ERP layer a business actually needs. AI LevelUp does not replace ERPs or sell large ERP projects. It builds ERP-specific modules around real workflows such as costing, inventory, approvals, dashboards, document entry, CRM follow-up, SOPs and reporting.

The Micro SAP delivery principle is fast, practical deployment. When the customer is onboard and decisions are clear, many builds target deployment within a month. The goal is to fix the operational gap without forcing a months-long or years-long ERP transformation.

## Business diagnostic

AI LevelUp provides [free browser-based business diagnostics](https://ailevelup.io/tools/) for process leakage, owner dependency risk and AI readiness. These diagnostics provide planning estimates and are used to help business owners identify where an audit may create value.
